Venture Weekend Agenda

Friday

6:00 – 7:00 pm: Meet at the Hillel, eat dinner, talk, opening statements from organizers. Sign forms, get nametags.

7:00 – 8:00 pm: Participants are broken into small groups or one large group for brainstorming ideas. Ideas are tossed on a board, and a vote is made for the top ideas.

8:00 – 9:00 pm: All participants meet together. Top ideas are presented and a final vote is made.

9:00 – 9:30 pm: Split up into teams. Participants choose their own teams. Leaders should naturally emerge.

9:30 – 11:00: Work on the venture in your different teams with the flexibility of helping any team that needs it.

11:00 – 11:15: Architecture meeting. Determine the strategy for the night and the following day.

11:15 - Saturday Morning: Continue working/Sleeping (if need be). Have leader meetings every hour and half to determine status.

Saturday

9:30 -10:15 am: Breakfast, opening announcements, leaders update everyone on status.

10:15am - Sunday Morning: Participants and leaders decide on their own agendas.

Sunday

9:30 -10:15 am: Breakfast, opening announcements, leaders update everyone on status.

10:15 – 1:30 pm: Work.

1:30 – 2:15 pm: Lunch, status update.

2:15 – 7:00 pm: Work.

7:00 – 7:45: Dinner, status updates.

7:45 -11:00: Launch beta and test beta.

11:00 – 12:00: Awards, as voted by participants. Status update, convene to determine plan of action to complete/further the business. Closing remarks.
